SQL Injection only 1 row displayed [duplicate]

I am practicing some sql injection on the acunetix test vulnerable web app @ http://ift.tt/1THxsWQ which is using Microsoft SQL Server 2005 - 9.00.3042.00

I am trying to display all of the database names but can only seem to get 1 displayed. I know there is more than one though. Here is my code:
